Shortly before Christmas, Gillian Clark, better known by many Algarveans as Alice Tinker after her wonderful performance in summer’s production of The Vicar of Dibley, and her husband Ricardo received the best Christmas present ever. Their baby boy, Cameron, was born just in time as a late birthday present to Gillian, as well as an early Christmas gift to celebrate the season with them. Unbeknown to her fellow cast and crew members, Gillian was pregnant during rehearsals and performances, but it may explain the added glow to her performance.

The Algarveans would like to congratulate Gillian and Ricardo on the birth of their beautiful baby and wish them much happiness. Here is Gillian pictured with Cameron who is lovingly wrapped in a friendship blanket knitted by some of the ladies of the Algarveans.
